Camille came out last week to inspect our septic system an informed mi esposa that we had a lot of roots growing into the tanks. He recommended having them pumped (see my separate review for RW Septic Service) after which he would return. He was very punctual both times. The second visit, he was very thorough and removed all roots from inside the tanks. He also went around the perimeter of the tank system to break up additional roots and poured out some Zep® Root Kill to prevent future root growth. He was very friendly and helpful, and educated me about our septic system. He recommended flushing one container of Zep® Root Kill down the toilet nearest the septic system to prevent growth of roots inside the tank, should they find their way in there. He also recommended pumping the tanks every three years, to prevent any problems, such as requiring that he suit up and have to enter the tank (which is very expensive). His price was as estimated: $250. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

After being told by several other companies that our traditional septic tank system would have to be replaced based on its age, Camille and Kris at San Aerobic took the time to troubleshoot the problem. They were able to find a simple solution to our problem and repair it, which saved us thousands of dollars. When the repair was complete, they said that it hadn't been as extensive as they first thought and actually charged us a couple of thousand dollars LESS than their own original estimate. This company knows customer service, has integrity, and have earned my business forever. They showed up when promised, kept us informed at all times, and did topnotch work in a timely fashion. Very refreshing to know there are still honest businesses out there.

Chris is the best! Not only responsive and very professional but he will not screw you over and recommend things you don't need. I would skip getting quotes from multiple companies and just go straight to these guys. They have my business for life.

Despite having a full schedule, Camille called the moment he was able to come make a repair to my septic line. He and Jacob not only repaired the line, they buried it and fixed a couple mistakes made by the installers. By the time they were done, the area looked better than it ever had. Both were friendly, and happy to explain what they were doing and why. I truly feel they had my best interest at heart.
